Which plan is right for me?

Before we begin any service, you’ll upload at least 3 months of account statements for our team to review. Within 3 business days, we’ll analyze your transaction volume and bookkeeping needs to determine the best fit.

If your financial activity is straightforward, we’ll confirm you qualify for the Core Plan. If your books require more attention — such as higher transaction volume, added complexity, or additional support — we’ll provide a customized quote for our Core + Plan.

Our goal is to ensure you get the right level of service without overpaying.

What is the process for getting started?
  • Once we have selected the right plan and you decide to move forward, we'll send over send over an Accounting Contract and an ACH Authorization Agreement for your review, completion, and signature.

  • ​​We’ll set up your new QuickBooks Online file 

  • You’ll receive a customized checklist of the information and documents needed to establish your opening balances and link your accounts.

  • ​Once everything is set up, we’ll begin managing your books on a monthly basis — keeping your finances organized and ready for year-end.

What if I already have a Quickbooks Online account?

No problem! If you already have a QuickBooks Online account, we’ll use your existing file to pull beginning balances from the last reconciled period. From there, we’ll establish a clean new file using that date as your starting point.

Setting up a fresh QuickBooks file with a properly structured Chart of Accounts allows us to organize your financial data in a way that supports accurate, tax-ready reporting — and ensures your books stay clean and easy to manage going forward.

Can you process my payroll?

No, we do not process payroll ourselves. However, we can connect you with a trusted payroll provider who specializes in this service. Once you're set up, we’ll work directly with them to retrieve your monthly payroll data and accurately record it in your books.

I need bookkeeping services for my rental investments or development projects, can you help?

We specialize in bookkeeping for real estate agents, and don’t currently offer services for rental investments or development projects. However, we’d be happy to refer you to a trusted company that does excellent work in that area. Just use our contact form, and I’ll gladly make the introduction!

I am way behind on my bookkeeping and/or tax filing, can you help me get caught up?

Yes, we can help! Just let us know your situation using the contact form. We’ll review your data and provide an upfront estimate to get your books caught up and ready for your CPA to file your tax returns. Once you're current, we can set you up with a monthly recurring plan that fits your needs.

Where is your office?

We are a 100% remote team and do not operate from a physical office. To ensure clear communication and maintain a searchable paper trail, we primarily use email. This allows both parties to easily reference past conversations and stay organized. If a situation arises where a call is necessary, we’re happy to schedule one.
